1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing UpYourBusiness.tech, using our scoping tools, or entering into software consulting agreements, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment, you must cease site usage immediately.
2. Scope of Services
We provide custom digital solutions including Web/App Development, AI Integrations, Workflow Automation, and SaaS product consulting. Formal project scope, timelines, billing schedules, and support SLAs are governed by binding, project-specific master services agreements (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless stated otherwise in contract agreements, 100% of the repository codebase, vector graphic mockups, and database architectural plans are legally transferred to the client upon full payment of the project payout milestones. We reserve no ongoing usage rights or licensing fees post-transfer.
4. Budget Scoping Disclaimers
Calculations provided by our online interactive Project Estimator are approximations based on base hour estimates. They do not represent binding financial proposals. Final quotes are generated following custom technical blueprint analysis.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi and Noida.
